Lori Kincannon is the Chief Revenue Officer at Mckinney Trailer Rentals, bringing over 35 years of leadership experience in transportation, logistics, and equipment rentals and leasing. Her career began in 1988 at CI Seafoods as a Distribution Manager, and she has since built a reputation for driving customer-centric growth, strategic sales alignment, and operational excellence. Prior to joining Mckinney, she spent six years at PLM Trailer Leasing, where she rose from Operations Manager to District Account Manager, serving key West Coast accounts.
Since joining Mckinney in 2008, Lori has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint and brand presence across the U.S. As CRO, she oversees sales, marketing, and business development, leading the revenue strategy for 21 locations across nine states. Her leadership has helped position Mckinney as a trusted, full-service provider of trailer rentals, leases, sales and maintenance solutions.
Lori’s commitment to service extends beyond the private sector. She has proudly served as a Commissioner for the Port of Hoodsport since 2020, contributing to community and economic development in Washington state.
About Matt
Matt Wagner has more than two decades of expertise in business development and sales management, specializing in supply chain management solutions. As Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Jarrett, he is responsible for developing the sales and marketing strategy and execution to drive new business growth and brand awareness.
In 2007, he began his logistics career with Jarrett as a Manager of Business Development. Following this, he honed his skills further during a six-year tenure as Client Solutions Director at Transportation Insight, before ultimately returning to Jarrett in 2016 as Vice President, Sales & Marketing and was promoted in November 2022 to his current position.
Matt earned his certification as a LEAN Green Belt through Total Insight in November 2012, further solidifying his proficiency in driving operational excellence. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ashland University.

Eric Masotti is an energetic and results-oriented leader with extensive experience driving exponential growth for both start-up and established organizations. As the President of Logistics at Trailer Bridge, he leverages his expertise in transportation, P&L accountability, and inter-divisional coordination to drive growth. Under his leadership TB’s logistics division has adopted industry-leading technology to drive efficiency and support the needs of today’s shipper. In his personal life, Eric is a proud family man, an avid runner, and a sports enthusiast, particularly soccer, golf, and UNC athletics. When he's not working or spending time with his family, he enjoys reading non-fiction and traveling.
