Qualifications Responsibilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work remotely, but attend two conferences per year
  • Command of Administrative Assistance
  • Solid understanding of Meeting Schedule
  • Adeptness in Multiple Element Arrangements
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
    • CRM experience a plus
  • Strong familiarity with event planning
  • Accomplished computer skills are a must
  • Effectively work and partner with people in the association, as well as external contacts, customers, suppliers, etc.
  • Calendar and meeting management
  • Event planning assistance (including traveling and at-show management support for two conferences)
  • Expense and sales team reporting
  • Presentation preparation
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Provide support to volunteer committees
  • CRM data entry and management

 

Job Description

The Transportation Marketing & Sales Association is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to assist with the various functions of the trade non-profit association. If you are looking for work where you will perform various administrative and office support duties, while also helping to execute on the education, networking and conferences of this organization, than this Administrative Coordinator position might be a good fit for you.

The hours are flexible for this position, and is a remote position outside of traveling for two conferences per year.
