Cancellation/Substitution Policies
Cancellations received by Oct. 1, 2019, are eligible for a 50% refund on registration fee. No refunds will be permitted after this date. However, registrations may be transferred to another employee within your company. Cancellations and transfer requests must be made in writing to TMSA.
