Dan Hellmann is a 15 year veteran in the logistics space and currently the Chief Sales Officer for Hubtek, a logistics workforce optimization company. Originally from Indiana he attended the University of Dayton with a degree in Political Science. Upon graduation, he began his career at Total Quality Logistics where he spent 7 years in sales and sales management. During this time at TQL he was consistently ranked in the top 2% company-wide out of 1,500 Account Executives and achieved Presidents Club. After his departure from TQL, Dan started a brokerage for a former customer where he had ownership stake. After 6.5 years the company had grown to three offices and $45MM in yearly revenue, he sold his shares and joined Hubtek.
As CSO he oversees the Sales and Marketing departments and is responsible for customer retention, increasing the customer base and sales through market penetration strategies, planning advertising campaigns and delivering new product offerings. Dan is active in the Transportation Intermediaries Association where he is a member of the Young Executive Committee and he is a former Advisory Board Member for Metro State University’s Center for Professional Selling. Currently, he lives in Arvada, CO with his wife Becca and two sons; Grayson (3) and Henry (6 months). During his free time you can find him on the golf course cursing under his breath and looking for his lost golf balls.
