Seth Becker, Vice President of Recruiting, Randall-Reilly

Seth Becker is the Vice President of Recruiting Operations for Randall-Reilly, the top driver recruiting advertiser in the country and proprietor of some of the best-known brands in trucking, from CCJ, Truckers News, and Overdrive to the Great American Trucking Show. He brings close to two decades of progressively responsible experience in leadership and recruiting across multiple Fortune 500 companies in industries such as Higher Education and Trucking. Seth was a major contributor to a 5-part editorial series called Reasons You Fail at Recruiting Drivers, and records a monthly video series focused on improving the interactions recruiters have with drivers. He holds a BA in Marketing and an MBA.

Patrick McFarland, Director of Marketing, ITS Logistics

Patrick McFarland is the Director of Marketing at ITS Logistics (a premier third-party logistics company that provides creative supply chain solutions with an asset-lite transportation division that ranks #35 in North America, a top-tier asset-based dedicated fleet, and innovative omnichannel distribution and fulfillment services). For more than two decades McFarland has worked in marketing, advertising and graphic design in industries including logistics, higher education, healthcare, publishing, advertising and more. McFarland earned a B.A. in Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising and a Minor in Psychology of Marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno.
