About the Presenters: Jill Schmieg is founder and chief strategist at Sol de Naples Marketing, a Florida-based marketing services firm.  After spending more than 10 years in the logistics industry, Jill now provides marketing advisory services and project management to fellow marketers struggling with access to the talent and resources necessary to achieve best-in-class performance.  Her firm specializes in branding, communications, campaign development, marketing automation, marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Jodi Cape oversees marketing and sales operations for LeSaint Logistics, a nationally acclaimed third-party logistics provider (3PL) specializing in omni-channel fulfillment, warehousing and transportation solutions that maximize their customers’ supply chain efficiencies. During her tenure with LeSaint, Jodi has lead numerous strategic branding, content marketing and demand generation programs, resulting in dramatic improvements in lead quality and acceleration.  Jodi  also oversees the successful execution of Salesforce.com and Pardot for sales cycle and customer loyalty management.  Her contributions have been pivotal in LeSaint achieving double digit growth for the past consecutive 10 years.  As further evidence of her leadership, Jodi has received the Transportation Marketing & Sales Association (TMSA) prestigious Compass Awards in the areas of content and digital marketing, and currently serves on the organization’s Board of Directors.
