Faye: Helping Transportation Companies Grow by Integrating Software Solutions
When Intelestream joined TMSA as an Affiliate member a few years ago, it began building a solid reputation in the transportation industry for its digital marketing, CRM and technology integration services. Fast forward to late 2019, when Intelestream and Faye Business Systems Group (FayeBSG) merged to create a powerhouse that capitalizes on the core strengths of both companies.

Over the past two years, many in the TMSA community have gotten to know Jennifer Karpus-Romain of the organization, who now acts as FayeBSG’s Director of Business Marketing Services and Industry Outreach. She describes FayeBSG as a global technology company that helps companies grow by successfully creating, customizing, implementing, and managing industry leading customer experience, CRM, and ERP software platforms to meet ever evolving business needs.

“Specializing in software implementations for transportation and logistics firms, Faye has customized successful CRM and ERP platforms for a variety of mid-market and enterprise businesses,” says Karpus-Romain. “With Intelestream merging into FayeBSG, Faye now has a global reach with a local presence and mindset. The global company has doubled in size, creating a larger scope of availability and expertise in transportation and logistics, as well as having 24/7 support capabilities.” FayeBSG has the ability to more effectively do both large and small implementations for a variety of technologies from CRM to ERP to marketing automation.

"Transportation firms need to move at the pace of the industries they serve," continues Karpus-Romain. "And this industry is the underlying web of the business world. It supports and connects every manufacturer, supplier, service provider, retailer and customer. As a result, integrating CRM and TMS solutions can be extremely powerful."

Who Are The Players at FayeBSG?
“A significant part of FayeBSG’s business goals over the next 24 months is to focus on our growth strategies for CRM, customer experience (CX), and marketing services through investing in our team and technology, so we can best serve our customers in the transportation and logistics industries,” says Karpus-Romain.

In addition, the Marketing team at FayeBSG is working hard to create content and best practice guides catered to the transportation and logistics firms to better understand how CRM, CX, MA and other technologies can transform your business. So who are the key players there?

Karpus-Romain served as Director of Marketing for Intelestream and now focuses her time on FayeBSG’s marketing service offerings as well as working within the industries the company serves. She has been active in TMSA, serving on the Education Committee for the past two years and speaking at the 2018 Digital Conference and 2019 Logistics Marketing & Sales Conference.

Formerly the Managing Director of Intelestream, Jason Green now serves as President at FayeBSG. He is an expert and thought leader in CRM and has more than a decade of experience architecting and delivering implementations for companies across the transportation and logistics industries (and beyond). He spoke about gamification and CRM at the 2018 TMSA Logistics Marketing & Sales Conference.

In addition, Jesse Heller is Director of Marketing and has approximately 15 years experience executing strategic marketing plans to achieve growth targets. With Faye since 2013, Heller is a leader in delivering omni-channel digital marketing programs with an analytical and CX mindset.
