Keith Karczewski currently serves as Vice President - Sales Enablement and Customer Support for Forward Air, a leading expedited freight company. In his role he works directly with Sales, Pricing, Customer Support and Marketing to create and evolve sales strategies using technology and data to drive transformation. While his responsibilities are concentrated on transforming business processes through technology and data, Keith brings 25 years of experience and success across industries to the table.
Before joining Forward Air, Keith served as a Consultant, a Manager of Sales Support and a VP of Operations at various corporations. From 2012-2016, he showed incredible success as VP – Global Sales Operations at Cree where he designed the sales infrastructure and expanded business threefold. In his last role before stepping over to Forward in 2019, Keith served as the Director of E-Commerce at Relias Learning where he oversaw the Sales, Marketing and IT Engineering departments. He also currently teaches part time at the UNC Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School as an Adjunct Professor of Business and Technology Innovation. Keith earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota and currently lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with his wife and their three children.
Sylvia Cintron is the Sales Marketing VP of Forward Air. Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Sylvia is a seasoned marketer experienced in growth, ROI, and innovation, in both fast-paced corporate and agency environments. With more than 25 years of experience, she has navigated the sales and marketing space for B2B, B2C, and non-profit organizations.
Sylvia has developed a career applying her marketing skills by commanding teams of many shapes and sizes while leading a myriad of equally diverse marketing strategies. She's always looking for ways to grow and mentor the teams she works with to help people advance their careers and expand their horizons. Rohan Singal is the Lead of Sales Excellence for Salesforce's Travel, Transportation and Hospitality group. He is a versatile, results-driven professional with extensive experience leading end-to-end global sales and commercial transformations. Rohan specializes in guiding organizations through complex strategy-through-execution projects that drive growth and increase profits. Specifically, he focuses on helping companies develop a high-level strategy, identify capabilities to enable the strategy, and execute the strategy. He has a wealth of international exposure, having led projects in over 10 countries across North America and Europe.Rohan holds a BBA and MBA, both from McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
Charlie has over 14 years of direct recruiting experience within the Logistics, Transportation and Supply Chain space and started CS Recruiting from the ground up over a decade ago. Today, she leads a team of over 40 and manages a multi-million dollar organization. As the President and Founder of CS Recruiting, she focuses on making meaningful connections to empower others to discover their full potential. Charlie has worked with many small to medium-sized businesses, as well as with Fortune 50 companies to help them identify the right talent for their organizational needs. Clients have included Third Party Logistics providers (3PL’s), Asset Based providers, Shippers (Manufacturers and Distributors) and Vendors to the industry (transportation technology/fleet solutions). Prasad Gollapalli is founder and Chief Customer Officer of Trucker Tools. As Trucker’s Tools chief strategist and solution visionary, Prasad brings to the company nearly 20 years of experience in management and product strategy with trucking and shipping software companies.
Tariq Khan is a published author, global sought-after keynote speaker and a recognized business leader who brings the combination of corporate and professional leadership experience along with academic learning. His expertise includes thought leadership, innovative marketing strategy, cultural transformation and the diversity and inclusion arena. He has had a distinguished twenty-year corporate career and has held senior leadership roles for major global Fortune companies, including ING, Nationwide, and MetLife. In his last corporate job, Tariq was Senior Vice President and Head of Market Development for ING.
In 2010, Tariq founded his company, Global Diversity Marketing (GDM) in New York. GDM is leading management consulting firm that has helped global Fortune companies and coached C-Suites leaders to adopt and thrive in the changing environment.
Eric joined ACT in April 2022, after spending fourteen years in investment research. Eric was an equity research analyst with UBS for 11 years, focused primarily on the machinery and engineering and construction industries.
His investment experience also includes three years as portfolio manager with hedge fund Copernican Capital.
Eric’s primary roles at ACT are analyzing and forecasting demand for heavy duty trucks, and trailers.
Eric is a graduate of Trinity College (BA ’99), the University of Notre Dame (MBA ’08), and is a CFA charter holder.
Jennifer is the Executive Director at the Transportation Marketing & Sales Association (TMSA), the only trade non-profit industry association of its kind serving sales and marketing professionals in logistics and transportation. Jennifer is responsible for the leadership, management, growth and overall performance of the association, as overseen by a dynamic, diverse Board of Directors made up of who’s who in executive positions across the industry.
Jennifer also serves as an adjunct professor at Cuyahoga Community College, where she coaches students on digital marketing as well as social media programming and tactics. Her previous roles include Director of Marketing for Faye, owner of her own content development firm, and as well as numerous positions in publishing and marketing.
