Jennifer Karpus-Romain serves as Director of Marketing Services and Industry Outreach for FayeBSG and as an adjunct professor for Cuyahoga Community College for social media marketing. From journalism to PR to marketing, she has been around the written word for her entire professional life. Previously, she has held roles in the publishing and marketing industries, as well as managing her own content and publishing firm. In her free time, she loves baking, cooking and traveling.

An industry veteran with two decades of experience, Price leads a five-member team and is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and measurement of brand strategy, research, events and marketing communications.

Courtney Keenan, Customer Experience & Marketing Manager, RLS Logistics
Courtney Keenan is the Customer Experience & Marketing Manager for RLS Logistics, a 3rd Party Logistics provider specializing in solving complex cold chain supply chain challenges for its customers. As the CX leader, Courtney guides the team and has successfully implemented several initiatives that have improved overall customer experiences at RLS Logistics. Additionally, Courtney leads Marketing efforts for the company. Aligning business development and marketing has been an initiative that has resulted in increased website leads, improved SEO, and new deals won. Courtney is currently attending CX University to become a Certified Customer Experience Specialist.
