Bio 

Lauren Bailey (known to her friends as “LB”) is the Founder of three successful performance-improvement brands: Factor 8, award-winning virtual sales skills company, The Sales Bar, a subscription content house with thousands sales skills, videos, and tools for trainers & leaders, and #GirlsClub, a leadership development certification program launching young women in revenue into leadership.

Before entrepreneurship, Lauren served as the Global Director of Development for software giant SAP - helping lead the way for their virtual transformation. Prior, she did the same for IBM - traveling the world training their first thousand sellers how to sell computers virtually. Prior to leading enablement, she led multi-million dollar sales divisions for Sony, Xerox, and other tech conglomerates.
