He brings close to two decades of progressively responsible experience in leadership and recruiting across multiple Fortune 500 companies in industries such as Higher Education and Trucking. Seth was a major contributor to a 5-part editorial series called Reasons You Fail at Recruiting Drivers, and records a monthly video series focused on improving the interactions recruiters have with drivers. He holds a BA in Marketing and an MBA.
