Achievement: Our blog has grown in popularity over time, and organic search is responsible for 70% of the traffic to our most viewed blog which speaks to our impact outside of our existing contact list. The drop & hook blog, which contains 32 blog posts, has earned 539 page views and resulted in 3,183 organic website sessions from organic marketing alone. drop & hook has won 4 TMSA awards for our digital marketing work, further proving our industry expertise.
Objective: Grow drop & hook’s blog to share industry insights with additional transportation and logistics marketers.
Achievement: In October 2022, drop & hook went from sharing one blog a month to two blogs a month. From January through March 2023, drop & hook’s blog earned 164 more page views than it earned from October through December 2022. Plus, drop & hook’s social media content that promoted our blogs resulted in 2K+ organic impressions making it a top content theme in our content strategy.
Objective: Share a 2023 transportation and logistics calendar to share relevant holidays, recognitions, events, and award deadlines with our industry peers.
Achievement: The 2023 Industry Calendar earned 22 form submissions and 58 blog page views. The transportation events blog, which also promotes calendar downloads, earned an additional 69 page views. Although we haven’t promoted this blog ourselves since early February, we still continue to earn valuable leads through organic search.
