2023 Trailblazer Award Winner: Content and Digital Campaign

ELEVATOR PITCH:

We created a creative campaign that would celebrate Odyssey's 20th anniversary. Deliverables included a 20th Logo with integrated QR code, new advertising materials, a 20-year retrospective microsite, promotional giveaways for employees and partners, location banners and graphics, and more.


MEASURABLE RESULTS AND OBJECTIVES ACHIEVEMENT:

Our goal was to celebrate our Odyssey's 20th anniversary by honoring our heritage, but also by positioning the company for the future growth. We developed a creative campaign that paid homage to the past, but with forward-looking trajectory. The campaign became a rallying point for employees, but also a touchpoint for external audiences, reminding them of Odyssey's stability at a time of upheaval in the logistics industry. With in the firs 45 days of the launch, or 20th anniversary retrospective site has amassed nearly 5000 views and over 12,000 interactions. It has been promoted through advertising, social media, promotional items and our own home page.


BLAZING A TRAIL!

One of the unique things we did with this campaign, which we have not done before, is incorporate a QR code into the logo design. So often QR code placement feels tacked on, but we want to make sure the QR code, which leads to a retrospective anniversary site, felt integrated and part of the program. The retrospective site shares much of the history of the company, but also looks at how the industry and society have changed over the past 20 years.
