ELEVATOR PITCH:

In May 2022, Verst Logistics launched a new website with Sol de Naples Marketing. The issues to be addressed when creating the new site were the following: 

Look and Feel: We needed a well-designed and visually appealing website to create a positive first impression and help build trust with our audience. We wanted our website to reflect our brand and values. 

Positive User Experience and increased conversions: We needed the new site to be easy for visitors to navigate, find what they are looking for, and engage with us. Our old website frustrated users and caused them to leave and created a high bounce rate, potentially resulting in lost business. We also wanted to increase conversion rates by providing visitors the information they needed and by ensuring it was easy to get in contact with us. 

SEO: We needed to make sure our site was properly optimized to improve our search engine rankings.

MEASURABLE RESULTS AND OBJECTIVES ACHIEVEMENT:

Results:

  1. Look and Feel: We created a totally modernized design, with new video and photography to provide a better UX.

The Verst internal team and Sol De Naples collaborated and wrote 40+ pages of NEW content. Created NEW pages such as Technology and Why Verst to spotlight the investment we have made in industry leading technology and to showcase our company values. 

The marketing manager at Verst partnered with a local videography company, PPS, to create brand new videos and photography for each line of business at Verst. 

  1. Positive User Experience and increased conversions: 

Reduced contact form from 13 individual forms to 2 forms (one with service selection and a floating contact form on every page). This has allowed our internal team the ability to understand user journey better and lessen multiple irrelevant form submissions. 

In 2021 we had 464 submissions and in 2022 we had close to 1,000. 30% of these submissions converted to leads. This resulted in roughly $7,000,000 estimated revenue. 

We created a monthly blog and added new case studies. Since the blog creation in Q4 2022, it has had 7,000 views and averages 3-4 minutes on page. 

Redesigned and updated older case studies and created two new ones. 

  1. SEO: 

Have improved our organic site SEO due to monthly site updates by Autumn Consulting. We also ensure that our blogs are optimized and our organic SEO correlates to our paid ads to increase our ranking.

BLAZING A TRAIL!

This was a time intensive project but it has proven to be incredibly successful. Not only did we elevate the Verst brand but we also increased exposure of our business offerings and technology. We also were able to tell the Verst story by including a company timeline and history of the business. The improvement in metrics that resulted from this website rehaul are proof that this new site has blazed a trail for our organization.
